Aloha Music Camp Fall Retreat Registration

Important Information

Before you register for AMC Fall Retreat 2023, we ask that you read carefully the following important information and policies. Then select whether or not you agree in order to continue your registration.

Partial Payment Policy

There is no partial payment policy for this event.

Refund Policy

If AMC Fall Retreat 2023 has to be cancelled because of California State, County, or other government regulations, or curtailment of transportation (i.e., if the Governor restricts inbound travel or decrees unsupportable size limits on public gatherings), we will refund your tuition in full.

If you cancel by October 1, 2023, you will get a Full Refund.

If you cancel between October 2 and October 16, 2023, you can get a 50% Refund.

We are unable to offer refunds after October 16th. If there are extenuating circumstances, please Contact Us.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that everyone purchase Travel Insurance that includes Covid-19 protections, which will cover the travel portion of your costs, though not the Camp fees.

COVID Vaccination

For the protection of everyone involved, we are asking that all participants be fully vaccinated before Fall Retreat commences.

Hotel & Travel Costs

Aloha Music Camp Fall Retreat 2023 fees do not include the cost of travel or hotel for the week. You may book to stay wherever you wish; we have provided some recommendations on our main Fall Retreat Page.

Alternate Payment Methods

We prefer online payment by credit or debit card via our secure payment processor, Stripe; if you need to pay by check instead, please contact our Registrar via our Contact Us form to make arrangements. Please keep in mind that if Fall Retreat is close to selling out, a credit card deposit will ensure your spot immediately and is faster than a check.

Release

In making my application to the Aloha Music Camp Fall Retreat, I hereby release the Aloha Music Camp and Mohala Hou Foundation and their officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from my attendance at the Aloha Music Camp, whether or not foreseeable, including, without limitation, personal injuries to me. With my attendance at this event, I realize that I may be included in publicity photos or videotapes in future promotional materials. I hereby give my consent to the Aloha Music Camp’s producers to use any such photos, videos, or comments.

We understand that some Campers may be hesitant to commit to travel and/or participation in public gatherings, and we respect that everyone must act according to his/her own comfort level. Be assured that we are keeping abreast of all government guidelines and best practices to make our event as safe as we possibly can. And if you feel that you can’t attend this year, know that we will miss you and look forward to seeing you among us in the future!
