Important Information

Before you register for AMC 2025, we ask that you read carefully the following important information and policies. Then select whether or not you agree in order to continue your registration.


Partial Payment Policy

We are offering the option to secure your registration with 50% payment due at time of registration and the balance due by January 1, 2025.


Refund Policy

If AMC 2025 has to be cancelled because of Hawaiʻi State, County, or other government regulations, or curtailment of transportation (i.e., if the Governor restricts inbound travel or decrees unsupportable size limits on public gatherings), we will obtain a complete refund from the hotel and then refund your tuition in full.


If you cancel by December 1, 2024, you will get a Full Refund.


If you cancel between December 2, 2024, and January 1, 2025, you can get a Partial Refund. The refund will be whatever you paid in, minus $750 for Full Campers, minus $650 for Companions. Full refunds anytime for Keiki.


Due to our arrangements with the hotel, we are unable to offer refunds after January 1st, 2025. If there are extenuating circumstances, please send us a note using our Contact Us page on alohamusiccamp.org.


Travel Insurance

We recommend that everyone purchase Travel Insurance that includes Covid-19 protections, which will cover the travel portion of your costs, though not the Camp fees.


COVID Vaccination

For the protection of everyone involved, we strongly suggest that all participants attest to being fully vaccinated several weeks before Camp commences on March 2nd, 2025.


Hotel & Travel Costs

Aloha Music Camp fees do not include the cost of travel or hotel for the week. You will be sent a link via email for hotel booking after you complete registration. You may also, at any time after your initial registration, book rooms at the special Aloha Camp rate by calling the hotel directly and indicating that you are part of the "Aloha Music Camp 2025 Group Discount Rate"


Alternate Payment Methods

We prefer online payment by credit or debit card via our secure payment processor, Stripe; if you need to pay by check instead, please contact our Registrar via our Contact Us form to make arrangements. Please keep in mind that if Camp is near to selling out, a credit card deposit will ensure your spot immediately and is faster than a check.


Release

In making my application to the Aloha Music Camp, I hereby release the Aloha Music Camp and Mohala Hou Foundation and their officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from my attendance at the Aloha Music Camp, whether or not foreseeable, including, without limitation, personal injuries to me. With my attendance at this event, I realize that I may be included in publicity photos or videotapes in future promotional materials. I hereby give my consent to the Aloha Music Camp’s producers to use any such photos, videos, or comments.

Select from the options presented below and make your payment using our secure Stripe payment system which accepts all major credit cards. You will be emailed a receipt and the hotel group discount booking link immediately following your purchase.
From Jan 1st, 2025, we will only accept full payments for new Campers and Companions (the first option, above). If you have already partially paid for Camp and need to pay your balance due, please select the second option.
If you are PAYING A BALANCE DUE, please enter the "Registration Confirmation ID" that you received at the very top of your Registration Confirmation email when you paid the first half. For example, "Registration Confirmation ID: 100"

Use this selection to request a space. We will email you and let you know your status in the class roster. In the event that the class is already full (8 participants), we will add you to the waitlist. If we notify you that you are in the class, you will be able to pay the $400 materials fee at a later date.
Enter the name you wish to have printed on your AMC name tag. This does not have to be the name on your government-issued ID.
Enter the name(s) you wish to have printed on the Camper's AMC name tag(s), and please indicate if they are full Campers, Companions, or Keiki. Mahalo!

We are sorry that the Terms and Conditions were not agreeable to you. You are still welcome to submit this form if you wish for us to contact you about working through another registration attempt; or you may simply close your browser tab or window to exit this form.

We understand that some Campers may be hesitant to commit to travel and/or participation in public gatherings, and we respect that everyone must act according to his/her own comfort level. Be assured that we are keeping abreast of all government guidelines and best practices to make our event as safe as we possibly can. And if you feel that you can’t attend this year, know that we will miss you and look forward to seeing you among us in the future!
