Mohala Hou Foundation carefully selects the location for each Camp and we work hard behind the scenes with the hotel to provide you the best rates available for your stay during Camp. For AMC 2025, we will be returning to the beautiful Outrigger Kona Resort on Hawaiʻi Island.
Special Aloha Music Camp Group Rates
We have been offered a special “AMC Group Rate” which is less expensive than if you booked with the hotel directly. Here is what we have for AMC 2025, subject to availability:
- • Resort View Room @ $229/night (plus taxes) (single or double)
- • Ocean View Room @ $289/night (plus taxes) (single or double)
- • These rates will be offered three days prior and three days after AMC 2025.
- • Self-Parking* is complimentary (a $25/day savings!)
- • Waived “Daily Resort Charge”** (normally $35/day), but we still get all of the resort package amenities!
- • The block of rooms at this special rate is limited. You will be provided with a link to reserve your room AFTER you register for AMC 2025. The AMC rate is not available by phone, so please do not call the hotel directly.
* Note that you do not need a car during Camp week, because all events are on the hotel property.
** Also note that the “Daily Resort Charge” will show up on your reservation but it will be waived for AMC registrants upon check-in at the hotel.
As shown above, our AMC Group Rate is available to you for the three days prior to Camp as well as the three days after Camp — that means from check-in on Thursday Feb 27 to check-out on Tuesday, March 10, 2025, based on availability. Take advantage of these special rates to give yourself a little vacation and “de-compression” time before and after Camp.
You will be able to make your reservations at the hotel immediately after submitting your Camp Registration. We provide a link in your confirmation email that takes you to their special AMC rates page.
Overall, we recommend that you read the cancellation policy of the hotel very carefully at the time you are making your hotel reservations. You may be able to cancel hotel reservations without paying a fee if done far enough in advance of the start of your stay. We also advise you not to book your hotel before you’ve registered, or you may pay more!
Online Booking
A dedicated booking website will be made available for you to create, modify, or cancel your hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities, or other services offered by the hotel.
After completing Camp Registration, you will receive a link in your confirmation email for the hotel’s special Aloha Music Camp Rates page.
