Then select whether or not you agree in order to continue your registration. Partial Payment Policy There is no partial payment policy for Kamaʻāina. Refund Policy If AMC 2025 has to be cancelled because of Hawaiʻi State, County, or other government regulations, or curtailment of transportation (i.e., if the Governor restricts inbound travel or decrees unsupportable size limits on public gatherings), we will obtain a complete refund from the hotel and then refund your tuition in full. Due to our arrangements with the hotel, we are unable to offer refunds for registrations including meal plans after January 1st, 2025. If there are extenuating circumstances, please send us a note using our Contact Us page on alohamusiccamp.org. COVID Vaccination For the protection of everyone involved, we strongly suggest that all participants attest to being fully vaccinated several weeks before Camp commences on March 2nd, 2025. Alternate Payment Methods We prefer online payment by credit or debit card via our secure payment processor, Stripe; if you need to pay by check instead, please contact our Registrar via our Contact Us form to make arrangements. Please keep in mind that if Camp is near to selling out, a credit card deposit will ensure your spot immediately and is faster than a check. Meals are not included in the $750 special Big Island Kamaʻāina rate (although you may purchase the Lūʻau separately). If you want to sign up for all meals, including the Lūʻau - that would include 6 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 dinners, and 1 Lūʻau dinner - the total food price is $1,050. If you choose the All Meals option, you do not have to pay separately for the Thursday Lūʻau.
